Remove Text From Video provides online AI tools that help users remove text, hardcoded subtitles, captions, logos, date stamps, watermark-like overlays, and selected visual areas from videos.
The service may include Auto Remove Text, Precision Eraser, short previews, full processing, downloads, credit packs, subscriptions, account history, billing tools, and related features.
The service is a practical AI cleanup tool. It is not a full video editor, legal advice service, copyright bypass tool, or guarantee of perfect output.
You may need an account to use certain features, process full videos, download outputs, manage credits, or access billing tools.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse free or paid usage limits, or harm the service.
You retain your rights in videos and other content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, process, modify, display, and deliver your content solely as needed to provide the service, generate previews, create outputs, support your account, prevent abuse, enforce policies, and comply with law.

We may reject, remove, suspend, or review content or accounts that appear to violate these Terms.
AI video processing may produce imperfect results, including blur, artifacts, missing details, unstable frames, color changes, or incomplete removal. Results may vary based on video quality, motion, background complexity, text placement, selected areas, and processing mode.
We do not guarantee that outputs will be perfect, error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every use case, or legally usable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, advertising, or distributing them.
Previews are provided to help you evaluate quality before full processing where available.
Paid features may be sold as one-time credit packs or subscriptions.
Credits may be consumed based on video duration, processing mode, resolution, priority, and plan rules. Precision Eraser or higher-cost processing may consume more credits than Auto Remove Text.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel from Account Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Taxes may be calculated at checkout depending on your location and payment provider. Payments are processed by Stripe and Creem, with Stripe as the primary payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Unused credits may be refundable within the stated refund window. Credits consumed by successful processing are generally not refundable. Failed jobs that produce no usable output may receive a credit refund.

You should download files you want to keep before they expire. Where available, you may delete files from your dashboard. You may also contact support@removetextfromvideo.net for deletion requests.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including models, providers, pricing, plans, credits, limits, queues, file restrictions, and features.
We may impose rate limits, cost controls, upload limits, or usage restrictions to protect the service, manage provider costs, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
The service, website, software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may stop using the service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, abused the service, infringed rights, failed to pay, or harmed other users, providers, or the service.
After termination, some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remove Text From Video will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 USD if you did not pay us during that period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where a specific state law is required, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires a different venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
