    HOW VIDEO CREDITS WORK

From duration estimate to final usage

Credits make the processing cost visible before a provider receives your video. The same three-stage rule applies to the free trial, subscriptions, and one-time packs.

    01

    Estimate before processing

Upload a supported video and the tool reads its duration before you commit credits. A 24-second clip needs 24 credits; a 24.2-second clip is rounded up to 25. The estimate appears before processing starts, so you can compare it with your current balance and decide whether to continue, shorten the source, or buy more credits. The server verifies the trusted duration again when it creates the job. That check keeps the billing rule consistent even if browser metadata is incomplete or altered.

    02

    Reserve while the job runs

When a job starts, the estimated amount is reserved immediately. A reservation prevents the same balance from funding several jobs at once, but it is not yet a final usage charge. The current plan allows one active job, which keeps the processing state and credit history straightforward. Your transaction history may therefore show a reservation while the provider is working. If processing completes, that reservation becomes consumed credits. If the provider rejects the request or the job fails technically, the reservation is released back to the available balance.

    03

    Charge once on completion

A completed job converts its existing reservation into one final usage transaction. The job uses its task and provider references to prevent the same completion callback from charging the reservation twice. Results that complete successfully are treated as processed usage; a subjective preference about the visual result does not automatically count as a technical failure. Keep the task reference if a completed result appears technically broken. The refund policy explains which payment and credit cases are eligible for review.

    CHOOSE BY WORKLOAD

Which pricing option fits your workflow?

Start with expected processed seconds, then choose how often you need a new allowance. You can combine Pro with a one-time pack without changing the plan itself.

    Start with the free trial

A new account receives 20 trial credits that are valid for 30 days. That allowance is intended for one authorized short clip, not a full production library. Use it to check whether the automated result fits the kind of captions, labels, dates, or text overlays in your footage. The free option uses the same one-credit-per-second rule as paid processing, supports one active job, and accepts the same listed file formats and size limit. No payment card is required to use registration credits.

    Choose Pro Monthly for flexibility

Pro Monthly costs $14.99 per month and adds 500 credits for each monthly credit cycle. It is the clearest option when work arrives regularly but you do not want to commit to annual billing. Five hundred credits cover up to 500 seconds of completed processing under the current rule. Subscription credits refresh rather than accumulating forever, so choose the plan for an expected monthly workflow instead of treating it as permanent storage. You can add a one-time pack when an unusually busy project needs more time.

Choose Pro Annual for a lower rate

Pro Annual is billed at $149.90 once per year, shown as an effective $12.49 per month for comparison. The annual payment does not place all 6,000 credits into the account on day one. Instead, 500 credits are added each month during the active annual term. This schedule keeps the allowance aligned with ongoing video-processing costs and makes the annual and monthly plans easier to compare. Pick annual billing when you expect steady work across the year and are comfortable with the upfront yearly charge.

    Use packs for occasional top-ups

Credit packs are paid once and do not start or renew a subscription. Small provides 100 credits for $4.99, Standard provides 300 for $11.99, and Large provides 600 for $19.99. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months and can sit alongside registration or subscription credits. They work well for a single campaign, a temporary workload increase, or an account that processes videos only occasionally. Compare the clip duration with the pack size before checkout; unused purchased credits still follow their stated expiration period.

    BILLING RULES

What to expect before and after checkout

Pricing, payment status, and processing usage are separate records. These rules explain how they connect without treating a browser redirect as proof of payment.

    USD prices and checkout

The prices on this page are defined in US dollars. Stripe may present a localized currency option for an eligible Checkout session. Available currencies, exchange-rate information, and payment methods are determined by Stripe for that session and can vary by location. Review the displayed currency, billing interval, tax information, and final total on the secure Stripe page before confirming payment. The site never asks you to enter full card details directly into the video tool.

    Subscriptions and one-time packs

Monthly and annual Pro options are recurring subscriptions. The annual card states both the effective monthly comparison and the amount billed annually. Credit packs are separate one-time purchases and do not alter the renewal date of an active Pro plan. The server grants credits only after it verifies a corresponding Stripe event against the local order. A browser return or refresh is never treated as payment proof, and each confirmed payment reference can be fulfilled only once.

    Failures, cancellations, and support

A failed or rejected processing job releases its reserved credits automatically. Subscription cancellation affects future renewal and does not turn already completed processing into unused usage. Payment refunds and exceptional credit reviews follow the published refund policy and may require the order, job, and provider records to be checked. Keep the account email and transaction reference available when contacting support, but never send card numbers, passwords, private video links, or authentication tokens in a support message.

    Pricing Questions

The important billing rules stay next to the price.

    What does one credit cover?

One credit covers one processed video second.

    Do subscription credits roll over?

Subscription credits reset with each monthly credit cycle. Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months.

What happens when a job fails?

Failed or rejected jobs release the reserved credits. Duplicate callbacks cannot charge a completed job twice.

    Is there a lifetime plan?

No. Video processing has a continuing cost, so the product does not sell lifetime processing access.

How is the credit estimate calculated?

The estimate uses the video duration and rounds partial seconds up to the next whole second. The server checks the trusted video duration before processing, so edited browser values cannot reduce the final reservation.

Can I use a credit pack with Pro?

Yes. A one-time pack can add processing time without changing the subscription. Credits are consumed from the balance according to their expiration order, so the credits that expire sooner are used first.

Does buying a credit pack start a subscription?

No. Small, Standard, and Large packs are one-time purchases. Pro Monthly and Pro Annual are the recurring choices, and the annual price is billed once per year while its credits are added monthly.

    What files can I process?

The current tool accepts MP4, MOV, and WebM videos up to 50 MB. A file still needs to pass the content and duration checks before a processing job can start.
