• Uploaded content: source videos, selected removal areas, masks, optional prompts, preview files, processed output files, and file metadata.
• Job information: video duration, file type, file size, resolution, processing mode, job status, error codes, provider job IDs, credits required, credits charged, and credit refunds.
• Payment and billing information: plan, credit pack, subscription status, checkout IDs, invoice IDs, billing email, transaction metadata, refund status, tax information, and payment provider references. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, upload events, preview events, export events, conversion events, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, referral source, and interaction data.
• Support communications: emails, messages, attachments, and other information you send when contacting support.

Uploaded Videos and AI Processing

When you upload a video, we may store it temporarily and send it to our AI processing provider, WaveSpeedAI, to generate previews or processed outputs. Depending on the feature you use, we may send the video, selected regions, masks, and optional prompts.

Do not upload videos unless you own them or have the legal right to edit them. Do not upload illegal, infringing, non-consensual, exploitative, or highly sensitive content.

We do not sell your uploaded videos. We do not use your uploaded videos to train our own AI models.

Legal Bases for EU and UK Users

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract: to provide the service, process uploads, manage accounts, provide previews and downloads, handle credits, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and support.
• Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, protect rights, enforce policies, and perform basic product analytics where permitted.
• Consent: for non-essential cookies, marketing communications, advertising pixels, session recording, or optional analytics where required by law.
• Legal obligation: for tax, accounting, payment, fraud, legal, and compliance records.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the service:

• Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 for hosting, application runtime, database, storage, security, routing, and delivery.
• WaveSpeedAI for AI video processing, including automatic video text removal and Precision Eraser processing.
• Stripe and Creem for checkout, payments, subscriptions, taxes, invoices, and refunds. Stripe is our primary payment provider.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Google OAuth for Google login if you choose that login method.
• Google Analytics, Plausible Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics and product usage insights.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own, according to their own policies and our configuration.

We do not send raw source videos, output videos, file names, masks, or prompts to analytics tools. Microsoft Clarity should be configured to mask or avoid sensitive areas such as upload, preview, video player, account, checkout, and billing screens.

Cookies and Analytics

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for login, security, language preferences, checkout, and site operation.

We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Plausible Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, to understand site traffic, uploads, previews, exports, conversion events, errors, and product usage. Where required by law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent.

Data Retention

Our current planned retention periods are:

• Source videos: deleted after processing or within 24 hours, whichever comes first.
• Non-member or anonymous output files: retained for 24 hours.
• Member output files: retained for up to 1 year.
• Failed job files: deleted after failure handling or within 24 hours, whichever comes first.
• WaveSpeedAI generated content: WaveSpeedAI states that generated content is automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Job metadata, logs, credit ledger records, account records, and billing records: retained as needed for service operation, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, and dispute purposes.
• Analytics data: retained according to our analytics provider settings and applicable law.

You may delete available files from your dashboard where that feature is provided, or contact us to request deletion.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account or certain personal data.
• Export or receive a copy of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing.
