How refunds, credit refunds, subscriptions, and failed jobs work for Remove Text From Video

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and credit refunds work for Remove Text From Video.

Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are digital products. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits are unused.

Credits already consumed by successful processing jobs are generally not refundable.

Credits may expire according to the terms shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Expired credits are generally not refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel from Account Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.

For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 7 days of renewal if the renewal credits have not been used.

Failed Jobs and Credit Refunds

If a job fails and produces no usable output, we may automatically refund the credits used for that job.

A credit refund restores credits to your account. It does not necessarily mean a cash refund to your payment method.

If processing succeeds but the result is imperfect because of video complexity, motion, background, low resolution, incorrect selections, unsupported input, or other quality factors, the job may not be eligible for a refund. We provide previews where available to help you evaluate quality before full processing.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied for:

  • Credits already used for successful jobs.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
  • Expired credits.
  • Incorrect user inputs, wrong masks, wrong selected areas, unsupported videos, or files that do not meet upload requirements.
  • Abuse of free previews, credits, promotions, refunds, payment systems, or chargeback processes.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or content rules.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for misuse, infringement, fraud, or illegal activity.

Payment Provider Processing Time

Approved cash refunds are processed through the original payment provider, such as Stripe or Creem. Banks and payment providers may take 5-10 business days or longer to post refunds.

Taxes, currency conversion fees, and bank fees may be handled by the payment provider and may not be fully controlled by us.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@removetextfromvideo.net with:

  • Your account email.
  • Order, checkout, or invoice ID.
  • The plan or credit pack purchased.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant job ID or processing details.

We may ask for additional information to verify the request, prevent abuse, or investigate job failures.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
